Free exchange or return applies

Conditions apply
- Return period must not exceed 30 days from the date of purchase
- Products with manufacturer defects (color changes, inconsistent colors, pellet products with crumbly powder, cream products with lumps or lumps, liquid suspension products with layers,...)

Case 2 : There are no manufacturer defects and have not been used
- Free exchange or return applies
- Collect 30% of the product value on the invoice if the box is lost (for products with a box)

Conditions apply
- Return period must not exceed 30 days from the date of purchase
- Products are intact, including:

• Haven't torn the seal or torn the outer cover of the box
• Have not torn off the paper/tin layer inside the box, have not opened the Garanti lid of the box (for products without seals or without outer cover of the box)

Case 3 : No manufacturer defects and has been opened/used

Exchange/return cases are for customers who have phone number information on the bill for lookup purposes.
Customers please return the complimentary products (if any) when exchanging/returning goods occurs, or Herb.com.vn will collect an amount equivalent to the announced price of the complimentary product.
